The KERC Issue Report provides in-depth analysis of current R&I policy issues. The new report outlines the 'Horizon Europe Strategic Plan 2025-2027' and its co-design process and the result of public consultation on Horizon Europe's past, present and future. Also, it introduces new European partnerships and European research community.
